Price Examples.

The example projects below will give you a good idea on expected costs, but please be aware these are just examples and your prices may vary depending on parts complexity and your overall requirements.

Project One.

£2,000 (ex VAT)

Ford Grille.

Overview: A custom vehicle provider wanted to produce a bespoke grille for the Ford Raptor and Ford Wildtrak trucks. This involved laser scanning the existing grille and parametrically reverse engineering the existing form before finally adding the additional modifications. The grille was then manufactured using reaction injection moulding.

Project Two.

£1,100 (ex VAT)

Injection Moulded Part.

Overview: This injection moulded part had been modified over the years through tooling modifications, but the part's CAD had not been kept in line. We were required to scan the existing part and create an accurate design intent model. We were also required to create a native Solidworks file so the customer could produce in house technical drawings.

Native Solidworks.

We reverse engineer using a specialised CAD package called Geomagic Design X. This CAD software is ideal for reverse engineering as it allows you to reference scan STL data to create your 3D model accurately. Geomagic Design X has another feature called live transfer, which allows you to move your full parametric design tree into other CAD packages such as Solidworks.

Project Three.

£800 (ex VAT)

Die Cast Part.

Overview: This was a project we completed specifically for our pricing examples allowing us to really analysis the time required to complete each task.
